Christoph Radl, born in Switzerland, Austrian citizen, moves to Milano, Italy in 1977. After design school he started to work with acclaimed italian architect and designer Ettore Sottsass in 1980. Together with Sottsass Associati he founded in 1984 Italiana di Comunicazione, a creative avant-garde advertising agency.

In 1993 he established in Milano R.A.D.L.&., a small creative shop for Art Direction, Communication and Graphic Design which operates mainly for clients in fashion, design, publishing and contemporary art. 

In the past 20 years R.A.D.L.&. contributed with graphic design and communication to the creation of the image of many Italian Fashion houses among them Armani, Ferragamo, Pucci and Trussardi.

In the design world R.A.D.L.&. created corporate identities, catalogues, packaging and advertising campaigns for many well established contemporary design companies like Alessi, Cassina, Magis, Sony, Zanotta and many more.

Christoph Radl has realized numerous editorial projects for italian publishing houses, international museums and galleries like Mondadori, Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Palazzo Grassi, Punta della Dogana, Guggenheim Bilbao, Pinacoteca Giovanni e Marella Agnelli, Fondazione Re Rebaudengo, Qatar Museums Authority. He is since more then 15 years Art Director of Interni, an internationally renowned contemporary Design Magazine and since 2010 he is Art Director of Interior Design Magazine Grazia Casa. In 2013 he co founded with Francesco Bonami and Martina Mondadori the international Art and Fashion Magazine ANEW.
